Kitchen Coatings is a Queensland-based business offering professional cabinet spray painting, refinishing, and related services. We are committed to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, operating in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Quotes & Bookings

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.

  • Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to these Terms.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be clearly communicated in your quote or invoice.

  • Final pricing may vary if additional work or changes are requested after the quote has been accepted.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the booking date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days may result in a cancellation fee to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

  • We will always aim to reschedule your booking where possible and reasonable.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice.

  • Full payment is typically required upon completion of the job unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Late payments may incur interest or additional fees.

5. Service Guarantee

Kitchen Coatings provides services in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We guarantee:

  • Our services will be provided with due care and skill

  • The finish will be reasonably fit for the purpose discussed

  • Our workmanship will be free from defects for a reasonable period after completion

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your service, please notify us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue promptly.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kitchen Coatings will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the re-supply of the services or the cost of such re-supply, as outlined under ACL.

  • Upload or transmit any malicious code or viruses
